What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Mobile Money (M-Pesa), PayPal, and direct bank transfers. For international clients, we also support USD payments via Payoneer or Wise for convenience.
Do you require a deposit before starting a project?
Yes. To ensure commitment from both sides, we require a 50% deposit upfront before project commencement. The remaining balance is paid upon completion and client approval.
Are payments refundable?
Refunds depend on the project stage. If work has not started, a full refund can be issued. Once design or development begins, refunds are prorated based on completed work.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes! For larger projects, we offer flexible payment milestones. You can pay in two or three installments aligned with project phases — Design, Development, and Launch.
Do you issue official invoices and receipts?
Absolutely. Every transaction is accompanied by an official invoice and receipt. Corporate clients can also request tax-compliant documentation.
Do your prices include taxes?
Our prices are VAT-exclusive unless stated otherwise. The final quote provided to you will always indicate any applicable taxes clearly.
How long does it take to build a website?
Project timelines depend on complexity. A simple business website typically takes 2–4 weeks, while advanced web apps or e-commerce platforms may take 6–10 weeks. We always provide a detailed project timeline before we begin.
Do you design logos and brand identities?
Yes, our creative team offers full branding services — from logo design and color systems to brand guidelines and social media kits — ensuring visual consistency across all platforms.
Do you offer SEO and digital marketing?
